TennisRank is a digital platform for rankings, tournaments, and statistics for amateur tennis players. The service includes: live rankings with professional rating systems (ELO, points, or round-robin), tournament organization with automatic brackets, match registration with detailed scoring, player profiles with statistics and history, trophies and gamification, artificial intelligence features (coach, narration, predictions, and matchmaking), public organization and player pages, and real-time notifications.
To use TennisRank, you must create an account with truthful and up-to-date information. Users must be at least 18 years old. Each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for your password security and all activity on your account. TennisRank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The following are prohibited: creating fake profiles or impersonating others, manipulating scores or match results, using the platform for spam, harassment, or offensive content, attempting to access other users' data without authorization, using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated tools. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
The TennisRank brand, source code, design, logos, and original content are the exclusive property of the service provider. Users retain ownership of their personal data. By uploading content to the platform (photos, profile information), users grant TennisRank a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display that content within the service.
TennisRank uses artificial intelligence services provided by Anthropic (Claude API) for features such as the result simulator, form radar, rival discovery, and opponent dossier. Data sent to AI includes only game statistics, match history, and ranking position — never sensitive data such as ID numbers or financial information. AI-generated results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional sports coaching advice. Anthropic does not use data sent via commercial API to train its models. Game intelligence features can be disabled by the ranking organizer at any time.
TennisRank offers a Free plan with core features at no cost, forever. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) offer additional features for organizers. The subscription is the responsibility of the ranking organizer — players use the platform for free. TennisRank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue plans and features, with prior notice.
By joining an organization on TennisRank, you agree that your name, ranking position, match results, and profile photo will be publicly displayed on the organization's page. This information is accessible to anyone on the internet through the organization's public URL.
TennisRank is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. TennisRank is not responsible for: decisions made based on artificial intelligence recommendations, temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or external factors, data loss resulting from events beyond our control, ranking accuracy, which is based on data registered by users themselves. TennisRank's total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
TennisRank may modify these terms at any time, with 30 days prior notice via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Users can request account deletion through profile settings or by email. After deletion, personal data will be removed within 30 days, except when retention is required by legal obligation. Anonymized data and aggregated statistics may be kept indefinitely for ranking integrity. TennisRank may discontinue the service at any time, with 30 days prior notice via email. In this case: active subscriptions will be automatically cancelled without additional charges, users will have the opportunity to export their data before shutdown, and personal data will be removed according to the current retention policy. TennisRank is not obligated to maintain the service indefinitely.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018), the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014), and the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990). The jurisdiction of Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil is elected for any disputes.
